VAT Exemption

myhomehelper is eligible for VAT exemption for people living with long term medical conditions in the UK and European Union (countries outside of the UK are not subject to this tax).

If you, or the person you are purchasing myhomehelper for, are chronically sick or disabled, then you do not need to pay VAT and can select the VAT exemption option when placing your order with us.

For the purposes of the VAT relief, you are chronically sick or disabled if:

• you have a physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect upon your ability to carry out everyday activities
• you have a condition that the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes
