- We are so sure you’ll be happy with myhomehelper that we offer a 21 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return the product for a full refund.
- We do not cover the cost of postage for retuns.
- Subscriptions
- If you choose the Monthly or Quarterly plan your ongoing subscription payments will be automatically setup as part of your initial purchase.
- If you choose the Annual plan you will be able to choose from the following plans at the end of the initial 12 month subscription:
- Monthly £9.99 ex VAT / £11.99 Inc VAT
- Quarterly £27.99 ex VAT / 33.59 Inc VAT
- Annual £99.99 ex VAT / £119.99 Inc VAT
- Subscription plans can be changed when they expire or cancelled at any time
- We cannot offer refunds on unused subscriptions
- If you choose not to renew your subscription your myhomehelper tablet will continue to work, however, you will not be able to make any changes to it or use any of the on-line services
- VAT and Overseas Orders
- VAT is only applied to orders in the UK, although you may be eligible for VAT exemption (read more about VAT exemption)
- Customers outside of the UK should e-mail us at info@myhomehelper.co.uk for information on placing your order
- Delivery outside of the UK costs £25.
- Please note that myhomehelper requires an internet connection. This can be a Wi-Fi or wired connection via ethernet.
